AURORA® components are characterised by their robust and detailed construction, offering high performance even under the most demanding conditions. They are available with steel-on-steel couplings, ideal for applications requiring free and precise movement even at high temperatures, or steel-on-PTFE marked with the suffix ‘T’. This series includes an AURORA® patented liner, chemically bonded to the steel bushing, which acts as a maintenance-free sliding surface, minimising friction and making the component quiet and efficient throughout its service life.

Depending on application requirements, it is also possible to request couplings with adjusted backlash, looser, more precise or even pre-loaded. In addition, knuckle heads can be supplied, on request, with a male threaded stud permanently inserted in the inner ring, offering a compact and functional solution. For inch threads (UNF standard), AURORA® also supplies both left and right locknuts, ensuring perfect integration into existing mechanical systems.
