RODOGRIP tapered shaft hubs: reliable and innovative solutions for gears and pulleys
01/11/2024
RODOGRIP is a line of keyless tapered shaft hubs designed for mounting gears and pulleys on shafts. Developed in collaboration with the Hungarian company Bervina Kft., these tapered shaft hubs provide an advanced solution that simplifies installation and ensures maximum reliability.
Perfect for a wide range of industrial applications, RODOGRIP shaft hubs offer precision, stability, and ease of installation. This line is based on the principle of frictional locking, which eliminates the need for the traditional keyway system. This approach reduces the risk of play between the parts and removes the need for specific machining on the shaft, simplifying installation and enabling faster, more precise assembly. Additionally, these bushings provide compactness, zero play, and low inertia, enhancing the overall performance of the assembly.
- The RTBS Series, made out of AISI 303 stainless steel, includes a range of standard sizes for shafts with diameters from 4 to 20 mm. The choice of stainless steel ensures corrosion resistance and long-lasting durability in challenging environments.
- The RTBT Series, made out of ETG-100 carbon steel, is designed for applications requiring high clamping torques. This range is available for shaft diameters from 6 to 25 mm and provides strength and robustness for high-torque applications.
Bervina Kft., Getecno’s manufacturing partner, has over 30 years of experience in the power transmission sector and is a leader in the production of precision components. Thanks to this collaboration, Rodogrip tapered shaft hubs are manufactured to high-quality standards with innovative technologies tailored to meet the demands of the industrial market.
RODOGRIP shaft hubs by Bervina are available at our warehouse in Genoa.
